Psychosocial risk assessment
Assess psychological stress at work as required by German occupational safety law, derive measures and document them.
Return-to-work management (BEM)
Set up the procedure required by German law after longer sick leave, support conversations and train those involved.
Occupational medicine
In cooperation with Dr. med. Arvid Schäfer, specialist in occupational medicine, who provides the medical services independently.

About me
I am Dr. Jessica Heine, a psychologist, supervisor and systemic consultant. What counts in my work is the view of the whole, not just the obvious.
I support organisations in a way that is scientifically grounded and structured, at eye level and with a sense of humour where it fits. I know everyday working life from the inside: since 2018 I have worked both as an employee and as a self-employed consultant, in engineering, consulting, IT, human resources, education, clinics, research and teaching. For many years I have also supported a consulting group in transformation processes, workplace health management, HR and occupational safety.

Teaching and research keep my consulting scientifically grounded: I teach work psychology at distance-learning universities, have supervised dozens of theses, and the research group I founded in 2013 studies the effects of psychotherapeutic methods.
Contrasts fascinate me. I like to travel to remote corners of the world to truly get to know people and their perspectives. This openness shapes my consulting, too.
